The Kershaw model 1840CKTST is a black serrated version of the Shallot. As largest of the Chive and Leek families, the Kershaw Shallot has a 3.5 inch blade made of Sandvik 13C26 stainless steel. As with many Kershaw knives, the Shallot features the Ken Onion speedsafe opening which can be activated by the lever on the spine of the knife.
