Kershaw Leek Knife with Mother of Pearl Handle Overlay

This Kershaw Leek is special. We found a supply of veneered mother of pearl shell available in South Korea. When the mother of pearl sheets arrived we milled them on our cnc cutter to match the pattern of the handle. Utilizing the strong industrial adhesive on the veneer we bonded the Mother of Pearl onto the handle of the Kershaw Leek so that it stays there forever. The end result is this beautiful Kershaw Leek with a Mother of Pearl overlay on the handle. The veneer Mother of Pearl overlay is thin, and if you look hard enough you can actually see the Kershaw manufacturer markings underneath.
