Kershaw Piston Knife 1860

The Kershaw Piston model 1860 is a larger sized knife but does not weigh more because the stainless steel liners are removed. Since the entire handle is made of G10, enough strength exists in the handle to remove the liners. Then to keep the liner lock functionality, a small stainless steel piece was installed into the handle. This moves behind the blade to keep it open tight when in use. It releases just the same as an ordinary liner lock. Another cool feature of the Kershaw Piston is that you can mount the pocket clip on four different places on the knife, resulting in four carrying options. A concealed lanyard attachment is located in the handle. This will allow you to attach your lanyard discreetly without interrupting the chiseled lines of this knife.
