The Kershaw Turismo 5505 assisted opening knife is a smaller knife that still has big features and big performance. It has a rather larger blade to be only 2.8 inches long and a nice curve for increased cutting performance. The assisted opening mechanism is accessed via a flipper on the spine that conceals itself when the knife is fully open. The hinge has bronze phosphor washers that give the Turismo one of the quickest and smoothest openings you may ever experience. The black oxide coating on the handle helps with corrosion resistance and gives a nice stealthy appearance.
