This rescue device was designed to cut only where cutting needs to be done while keeping everything else undamaged. The shroud cutter is perfect for cutting cord, laces, and clothes from injured victims. An oxygen tank wrench, a glass breaker, and a hex head slip wrench are integrated into the tool to make it even more useful.
